I’m sorry to have to type this bc I know it’s gonna bum a lot of you out, but after 19 years of marriage, Blake & I have decided that we’re better off growing old together just as best friends & co-parents, not as husband & wife, so we are taking steps to divorce. It’s sad to end a 19 year marriage, any marriage, but both of us are having too much fun growing to dwell in sadness & everything is more than amicable bc we are still Sunny & Blake, always & forever. He’s not just abandoning me to fend for myself & I get to keep my house, so I don’t have to worry about being homeless. I do have to work more hours at my Lovely Money Job to support myself & pay the mortgage, but my health has been a lot better in the last 2 mos so I know I can do it. I’m not worried about my future, in fact it’s the opposite, for both of us! We’re both *excited* to be embarking on new chapters of our lives & exploring new, weird things & new relationships on our own! I’m personally having a pretty good life right now & see no reason why it wouldn’t continue to be awesome for at least the next decade unless my body decides it’s done (& I’m working on that!) I’m still polyamorous & in 2 fucking amazing, new romantic relationships with 2 awesome people I’m in love with, who both deserve their own intro posts, so you’ll get details about them soon! Promise! I can’t wait to tell you about them! 🥰 Wes leaves for the University of Guelph on Sept. 4th & after that, Blake & I plan to make the big changes like getting lawyers, splitting finances, & Blake will eventually move out. I keep my old beater car, he keeps the one he bought that I can’t inherit bc it’s standard, I can’t drive it & sometimes he’s more cheap than thoughtful. Asshole. 😂🖕 There ya go, there’s my only negative comment, which I’ve been saying since he got the car, so nothing new. 😋 Apologies for being low drama, I know it’s disappointing, but this just feels right & like natural growth for both of us, so where’s the bad in it? Cuz we can’t see any! 🤷🏼‍♀️ No need for drama & misery, just love, excitement & fun. 😊☀️🌻💛✌
